1:00 - 2:00 p.m. - Overview of Nutrition Department from then to now, followed by a presentation on mindfulness and the sensory aspects of eating, HSC Room 325

2:00 - 3:15 p.m. - Buffet lunch, networking, tour the new food lab, view dietetics students' posters

3:15 - 3:30 p.m. - Depart from south campus to north campus to Center for Contemplative Studies

3:30 - 4:30 p.m. - Breathing/meditation/mindfulness class in the new Center for Contemplative Studies
