(Adult price includes 2-hour lunch buffet featuring ballpark favorites, unlimited soft drinks, 2 beer tickets, and admission to the game. Adults may purchase additional beer tickets at the stadium for $3 each. Child price includes same as above, minus beer. Children ages 4 & under do not need to register, nor do they require a ticket to enter the stadium, as long as they remain seated on a parents lap during the tailgate party and game. Food and beverage will be available to them during the tailgate party at no charge. If you prefer for your young child to have his/her own seat, please register him/her at the “Minor League” rate.)

Seating is located in the outfield along the 3rd baseline.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

1.) REGISTRATION RULES: In the event of low registration numbers, we reserve the right to cancel the event at any time and issue refunds of registration fees paid.

2.) TICKETS / EVENT DAY INFO: All registrants will receive an event day package, including admission tickets, venue maps, and other information, via EMAIL no less than 3 days prior to the scheduled event. We are not responsible for tickets mailed to an out-of-date or non-preferred email address. If you believe we do not have your correct information on file, please be sure to confirm your contact information by calling 610-436-2813 or emailing alumni@wcupa.edu.

3.) CANCELLATIONS: Due to venue policies, registration cancellations/refunds will not be accepted for any reason after 12 Noon EST on Friday, February 22, 2019.

4.) INCLEMENT WEATHER / UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES: In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstance, the decision to postpone, shorten, or cancel the events will be at the sole discretion of the Philadelphia Phillies and/or their representatives. Accordingly, the option of a full refund, partial refund, rescheduled date, and/or ticket exchange in the event of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstance will also be at the sole discretion of the aforementioned parties.

9th Annual Sarasota Polo Tailgate

Join us for a fun-filled tailgate before and during the polo match, right off of the sidelines. Gates open at 10 a.m. and the match starts at 1 p.m.

This is a great get-together and all West Chester University alumni and friends are welcome to attend this BYO event. Admission price is $12 per adult, payable at admission gate.

The Sarasota Polo Club is 5 minutes off of I-75 at Lakewood Ranch and is easily accessible from Tampa and Ft. Meyers. In the event of inclement weather, check the Sarasota Polo Club website for cancellations of the match.
