Saturday, September 21 4 - 6 p.m. Tent next to Farrell Stadium Cost: FREE The West Chester University INCOMPARABLE Golden Rams Marching Band has been selected as the recipient of the 2019 Sudler Trophy. Presented by the John Philip Sousa Foundation, the Sudler Trophy is awarded biannually to a college or university marching band which has demonstrated the highest standards of musical excellence and made important contributions to the advancement of the performance standards of college marching bands over a number of years. WCU is the first Division II school in history to receive this honor! Representatives from the John Philip Sousa Foundation and the Sudler Committee will travel to West Chester to present the Trophy during halftime of the Football Game vs. Seton Hill. Following the game, the WCU Alumni Association will be hosting a reception (beer, wine and appetizers) for RamBand Alumni and Honored Guests as a thank you to the folks that have helped to forge our INCOMPARABLE legacy!
