History in the Making- Participate in the Alumni Ancestry Series!
Have you always been interested in discovering your family's history, origin, racial and ethnic background? Do just that by participating in the Alumni Ancestry Series in collaboration with Dr. Anita Foeman, Professor in the Communications and Media department at WCU and Director of the DNA Discussion Project!

Complete and submit the form below to be considered for participation. We want to know why discovering your personal history is important to you! Entries will be accepted until March 31, 2021. Three (3) participants will be selected following the deadline and contacted by Alumni Relations staff to share next steps. Discussion sessions include the analysis of testing results which will be conducted with Dr. Foeman via Zoom and will be recorded. Those submitting their information for consideration must be comfortable with submitting the genealogy test kit and discussing results with Dr. Foeman in addition to sharing their genealogy journey on WCUAA social media/website.
