The RamServe Network unites West Chester University alumni, donors, and friends in purposeful service to the University and its greater community. Through volunteerism, mentorship, advocacy, and engagement, members of the RamServe Network strengthen the bond between past and present Rams while advancing WCU’s mission of student success, access, and excellence.
As proud ambassadors of the Golden Ram spirit, participants in RamServe share their time, talent, and leadership to create lasting impact on campus, in their communities, and in the lives of fellow Golden Rams. Whether mentoring a student, supporting a campus initiative, or volunteering at an alumni event, RamServe members embody what it means to give back with pride and purpose.

There are a number of committees that work to plan events and further the goals of the Alumni Association. All alumni are eligible to participate on most of the committees.

Interested in helping WCU students plan for their future? We are excited to announce the launch of Ram Nation, an online alumni to student flash mentoring platform.
Each year, WCU welcomes over 3,000 of our newest Golden Rams and alumni are invited to join us on campus to receive our new students each August. Featured on Welcome Walk in the center of campus, alumni volunteers are available to provide answers and 1:1 support for the new rams and their families as they navigate the beginning of their next chapter at WCU. Sign-up link available annually on July 1st.
Commencement: Cap & Gown Gifts
Our alumni network grows by over 5,000 Golden Rams as they graduate and begin the next chapter of their WCU journey as alumni. As a welcome and congratulations, the WCU Alumni Association supports the distribution of gifts to each graduate during Cap & Gown pick-up week and seeks alumni volunteers to join us for this momentous occasion. Sign-up link available annually in October (Winter Commencement) and March (Spring Commencement).
