Women In Leadership and Service (WILS)
WHO WE ARE
The Women In Leadership and Service (WILS) Alumni Chapter was founded in 2022 under the auspices of the West Chester University Alumni Association.
All women deserve the visibility and support they need. That's why a committee dedicated to this cause launched Women in Leadership & Service (WILS) in 2009. Working under our Foundation's guidelines, WILS is an initiative to inspire, educate, and encourage women at West Chester University. With our newly chartered alumni chapter, WILS will work to increase funding that supports female students at WCU and increase visibility of female leaders, mentors and supporters of WCU. Through this work, WILS supports women, both by funding scholarships for recipients and giving donors the ability to help shape the future of women at WCU.
WILS PHILOSOPHY
Every woman deserves the opportunity and support needed to grow both personally and professionally, empowering them to thrive in leadership roles.”
MISSION STATEMENT
Aligned with our Foundation's mission, WILS seeks to inspire, educate, and empower women at West Chester University (WCU).
