  Event Details: The Business Idea Pitch (BIP) is the final round of the Business Idea Competition where the top two ideas from each track are selected to present their pitches to an esteemed panel of judges. Tracks consist of Chester County High School students, undergraduate students, Grad/Faculty/Staff/Alumni, & Chester County Start-ups.

THURSDAY, April 18th

  Event Details: If you went bananas for WCU Banana Day, then you won’t want to miss WCU Alumni Banana Night at Levante Brewery! Registration includes a custom-designed WCU Alumni Banana Night t-shirt (must register by March 28th to guarantee your t-shirt size), one drink ticket, and one ticket for Banana Whip from The Chilly Banana food truck.

• Alumni Weekend Kick-Off Party
  Time: 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
  Cost: $15 for online registration (closes on 4/16 at 11:59 pm) or $20 at the door
  Location: Gold Box (tented area next to the stadium below O Lot)
  Event Details: This event is sure to impress with a large menu, including pulled chicken, a mashed potato bar, and Caesar salad; beer from Wrong Crowd Beer Company; DJ Dominic; and the Fun'nel Cakes And More food truck, all before the spring football game. Make sure you grab some FREE SWAG, too!

  Event Details: Hear about all the latest news from your Alumni Association and join the conversation with our board members. The Annual Meeting is open to all alumni and will include a hot breakfast buffet.
  
  
• Historical Walking Tour of Campus - Sold Out
  Time: 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm
  Cost: Free 
  Location: Tour begins at the Old Main doorway between FHG Library and Main Hall
  Event Details: Starting at the preserved Old Main archway on High Street — the symbolic beginning of the university — tour goers will be treated to a one-hour overview of the evolution of the campus. The tour will emphasize how the physical campus reflects the broadening of the school's educational mission as well as wider social changes. Alumni are encouraged to share their own memories and stories as we stroll through campus history. Led by Dr. Anne Krulikowski, Associate Professor of History at WCU.

• WCU Symphony Orchestra & Choirs Concert

  Location: Emilie K. Asplundh Concert Hall
  Event Details: The combined choirs and Symphony Orchestra will perform Ein deutches Requiem by Johannes Brahms. Voice faculty will join the choirs as featured soloists. More details can be found here.

  Event Details: Join other field hockey alumni to play in the WCUFH Alumni game. 

Parking Information: All student lots are free on the weekend, including after 4 pm on Friday. Additionally, the Student Recreation Center Garage is a daily parking garage with a daily fee of $1.50 per hour. You can find more parking information here.

Registration will remain open for Alumni Weekend 2024 events through Tuesday, April 16th. If you need to cancel your registration, please request a refund by emailing alumni@wcufoundation.org prior to April 16, 2024, at 11:59 pm. No refunds will be offered if requests are received after this date.
