Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be notified by email on February 13, 2026. Payment instructions will be included with acceptance to secure your spot.
Vendor Fees:
Alumni Vendors: $50.00
Community Vendors: $75.00

ACCEPTANCE & PAYMENT PROCESS
How will I know if I’ve been accepted?
- Only around 40 vendors will be accepted due to capacity.
- Accepted vendors will be notified by email on February 13, 2026.
- Please check your spam/junk folder to ensure you don’t miss the notification.
What happens after acceptance?
- You will receive a vendor agreement form with detailed instructions.
- The agreement form will include payment instructions and deadlines to secure your spot.
- Payment must be completed by the date specified in your acceptance email to confirm participation.
What if I’m not accepted?
- If you are not accepted, you will be notified via email.
- You may apply again in the future for other WCU Alumni Makers Markets.
Frequently asked VENDOR questions
What is included in my vendor space?
- One outdoor (parking lot) 10×10 space to set up in.
What do I need to bring?
- All vendors must bring their tent, tables, and chairs.
Do I need liability insurance?
- Recommended but not required unless your merchandise requires it.
Is electricity available?
- No, electricity is not available.
Is parking available?
- Yes, vendor parking will be right next door to the WCU Alumni & Foundation Center building. You will be able to drive in and unload at your assigned spot, then park your car in the seperate parking lot when you are finished.
Is there an option to share space with another vendor?
- Yes! If you and another vendor want to share the space and split costs, that is allowed as long as you both apply seperately and are both accepted into the market.
